Ingredients

  • 275g Country Range Ground Almonds
  • 275g Country Range Butter
  • 275g Caster Sugar
  • 275g Country Range Self Raising Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 125g Raspberries and Cranberries
  • 125g Country Range Bramley Apple Filling
  • 50g Country Range Flaked Almonds

Instructions

Cream the butter and sugar until pale and creamy, then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla essence.

Stir in apple puree, ground almonds and flour until just mixed and finally, add the fruit.

Spoon into a 30 x 20 tin and level out with a palette knife.

Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake until golden at 180°C. (Usually around 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean).
